The year: 1979. The production: Cabaret.

The seed was sown and my journey of self-discovery at the Royal Lyceum Theatre was about to begin.

Little did I realise that a telephone call from Sheila O’Neil, Cabaret’s renowned choreographer would have such a profound impact on my life. I came up from London for six weeks work and stayed for thirty years…
It was here at the Royal Lyceum, mentored by the charismatic Artistic Director Leslie Lawton, that I was given the most amazing opportunity developing and honing my craft, and learning a completely new skill-set. I am indebted to Leslie, and this incredible theatre that has inspired me throughout my professional career as both choreographer and theatre director.
