'The group came back very excited this afternoon! They had a wonderful time with you, up at the Lyceum!! Thank you very much for understanding and meeting their needs – the picture trail was right up their street and they were able to explain to me all about it!

Thanks again and I hope we can stay in touch for future events or activities.'

'Just wanted to say that we have thoroughly enjoyed the two workshops delivered by Rachael, here at Pilrig Park School. The pupils certainly rose to the challenges and their performances certainly exceeded our expectations! All credit to Rachael!

I'll be in touch in the New Year about booking a tour of the Lyceum Theatre backstage.'

'We are writing to you to thank you for allowing us to have a tour around your theatre. The staff were lovely and treated us well and we felt very welcome. The experience was very educational as we learned lots of new and useful things about the Creative Industries, specifically the Q and A that we had with the actors from the play called "The Crucible".

Learning historic facts about the building intrigued us as it developed our understanding of the whole dynamic of the theatre. We really enjoyed our visit to your theatre and are extremely thankful for the staff that gave up their own time to give us a tour around the theatre. I would definitely recommend this theatre to other people as it is very comfortable and historic.'

'A HUGE thanks for the fantastic workshop on Friday. We cannot thank you enough for such a positive experience.'
- Michael Holyrood High School (Discover Theatre), March 16

I would just like to thank you so much for everything you were able to do for Clare, she has came on leaps and bounds and she absolutely LOVED her time at the Lyceum! Her confidence has increased and her teachers were saying she was like a whole different person ever since she began attending her work experience and her youth theatre group, as she is finally doing something she loves.'

Thank you for today! As you probably know all our students are in the poorest 5% and have a range of social and emotional needs. Although quite quiet in the sessions they were very chatty at lunch and the bus home, full of excitement, delighted to have the experience and William (grey hoody, on a 'naughty boys' reduced timetable at school, multiple needs) declaring it the best day of his life!'

'I think that this is a great project and addresses some of the flaws that I think are present in secondary education from its structure of prescribed lessons. There is not enough time spent working on projects, not enough focus on engaging young people and not enough done to foster creativity in young people and value those who work creatively. I think this project provides space for all these things to be done effectively and it was a pleasure to be involved.'

'This was an outstanding experience and I have thoroughly enjoyed working on Project Narnia. It has inspired me to be more creative and given me the confidence to put myself forward for more things.'
