Escaped Alone - Luminate Festival

Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh and Luminate Festival present a rehearsed reading of Escaped Alone by Caryl Churchill

‘I’m walking down the street and there’s a door in the fence open and inside there are three women I’ve seen before.’
Three old friends and a neighbour. A summer of afternoons in the backyard. Tea and catastrophe.

A script in hand reading directed by Finn den Hertog with a cast including Anne Kidd and Angela Wynter. In-between the performances join us for Talk Show where invited guests will share their response to the themes of the play.
