A Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh and Pitlochry Festival Theatre production in association with Naked Productions

Sound Stage is an exciting new audio-digital venture giving audiences a unique and engrossing online theatre experience of new plays from the best in British theatre.

Over the coming months, we will host a full season of 8 brand new audio plays commissioned from some of the UKs finest writers; Mark Ravenhill, John Byrne, Jaimini Jethwa, Lynda Radley, Gary McNair, Frances Poet, Roy Williams and Timberlake Wertenbaker. There will be a new production to listen to each month starting this March with Mark Ravenhill’s first autobiographical play, Angela – a beautiful love letter to Mark’s mother with a stellar cast including Toby Jones and Pam Ferris.

A subscription to all 8 plays is just £80. Public booking for individual plays will open on 22nd Feb.

To book for the season, add your chosen performance of each show listed below to your basket and once all 8 shows are selected the discount will automatically apply at checkout – saving you £40!

Take Part

The aim of Sound Stage is to allow you to attend the theatre online by meeting other theatregoers and friends in the interval and joining us for a live post show talk after each performance.

These unique talks or post-show events will feature writers, performers, directors or other special guests. Keep an eye here and on our social media where details will be announced.
