On Monday 16 September scientist  Richard Dawkins will be in conversation with Aubrey Manning, Edinburgh University’s Emeritus Professor of Natural History. This promises to be a fascinating evening in which Richard Dawkins will discuss his memoir An Appetite for Wonder and the influences that shaped his life.

The second of our author events is the much anticipated launch of the new James Bond novel Solo written by award winning writer William Boyd on Monday 30 September. William Boyd will be in discussion with David Robinson, Literary Editor of The Scotsman. This will be a truly special evening with Solo cocktails and the opportunity to get a signed copy of the novel.
