Our box office counter is open at the following times:

• Mon to Fri: 10am to 5pm (or until curtain up on performance days).
• Sat/Sun: Closed (or from 4 hours before curtain up on performance days).

Our phone lines will close one hour before the start of performances.

House Rules:

Our staff have the right to work without fear of inappropriate or offensive behaviours from customers or others. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave. It is the responsibility of the Duty Manager to assess whether inappropriate behaviour warrants eviction. Our Duty Manager has an obligation under licencing regulations to maintain good order and if any customers refuse to leave when they have been asked to, the police will be called.
