Andrew trained at Rose Bruford College. He was Voice Assistant (1987-2003) and Head of Voice (1990-2003) at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Since 2003, he has worked with The Acting Company, Guthrie Theater, Stella Adler Studio. He worked in many UK drama schools, including Mountview Theatre School, Rose Bruford College, the Arts Education School, and was Head of Voice at East 15 Acting School. Currently, he is Director of Voice at The Public Theater and part of the Faculty Drama Division of The Juilliard School.
