The Seagull x Botanic Garden Compeition

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of The Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. How to Enter: Entry is free. No purchase necessary. Details of how to enter can be found above.
3. Competition Period: The competition opens on 5 September 2025 and closes at 12 noon on Friday 3 October. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.
4. Prize: One winner will receive a pair of tickets to The Seagull at The Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh, on valid for Tue-Thu performances between 9 and 22 October Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel and accommodation are not included.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and notified by email within  of the closing date.
6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 3days of notification. If the winner does not respond in time,  The Lyceum reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants agree that their name may be published in relation to the competition (e.g., on social media or in newsletters).
8. Liability: The Lyceum accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted, or for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the prize.
9. General: The Lyceum reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary. The promoter’s decision is final.
