Ticketing policies

Please note that any person deemed to be disruptive to the audience may be asked to leave the auditorium at the discretion of the Duty Manager (without refund).

See our full terms and conditions here.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable as standard, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

If you have opted into Ticket Refund Protection from Secure My Booking, you may be eligible to get a full refund for tickets to an event should you be unable to attend. For full terms & conditions please click here. To apply for a refund please click here.

Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. Exchanges can be made up to 24 hours before the performance for which tickets are being returned, or the date of the replacement tickets, whichever is earlier. Exchanges will incur a handling fee. Season ticket holders can exchange tickets free of charge.

Booking

Only the original booker will be able to make changes to bookings.

If you have booked tickets on behalf of others and wish to make changes, the person who originally purchased the tickets will need to contact our Box Office. This is in accordance with GDPR laws governing personal data protection.

Latecomers

Latecomers may not be admitted. They may be asked to wait for admittance to the auditorium if there is a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the director or the visiting company.

Latecomers may be asked to initially occupy readily accessible seating prior to their own.

Babes in arms

All patrons are required to purchase a ticket at the price stated, unless a child is under 18 months.

Children under 18 months will be granted entry to the venue, on the understanding that they will not be given a seat and will be classed as 'babes in arms'.

Should you wish for your child to be allocated a seat, then a full priced ticket will need to be purchased.

Feel free to contact our box office team in advance to ascertain whether a performance is deemed to be suitable for young babies.
