How long does a membership last?

A membership lasts for one year from the moment you buy.

Do I get a membership card?

Yes, you will be sent a digital card via email which you can then add to your wallet. You will also be able to pick up a physical card at the box office.

My discount hasn’t applied to the tickets in my basket, what do I do?

Make sure you are logged into your account and have an active membership. You can check your membership details in the account section of our website.

Why have you made the change?

To be able to offer you ticket and pre-sale access all year round – we have moved to a membership model.

Can you book more than 2 discount tickets per show with the new membership scheme?

A membership only entitles you to two discount tickets per show. Please get in touch with our box office for group booking and group membership options on (boxoffice@lyceum.org.uk)
